AIB digital banking
Overview
Challenge
AIB is Afghanistan’s market leader, but their tech was a liability. While their core banking foundation was solid, their customer-facing OBDX Cordova web and mobile apps were siloed and lacked the cohesive UX needed to drive growth.
Approach
We treated OBDX as a headless data source and built a custom native engine directly on the core APIs. This move was a total architectural break - trading a rigid legacy stack for complete control over the performance and the platform's future.

We designed and engineered a single React Native engine that runs Retail and Corporate banking across iOS, Android, and Web.
